All School Cleaning Day
Saturday, August 28
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

A small Christian school cannot operate without a lot of volunteers, each contributing a little time and talent to help make things run smoothly. This is an important way of holding down operating costs. One of the ways a family can help is to participate in the annual school work day. It is a day set aside to get school families together for several purposes:

  • To clean up the school building and property in preparation for the coming school year.
  • To do any maintenance or repairs necessary before the beginning of the school year.
  • To give new families an opportunity to meet and get to know other families.

  • The more people who participate, the lighter the load! Children are invited to come along. They may want to play games out on the soccer field. Some even pitch in to help! A mid-day break is taken for lunch. Please bring a dish or two to share.
    What to bring:
  • High pressure sprayer for cleaning the outside of the school.
  • Hedge trimmers, loppers, Round-Up, shovel, etc. for outside cleanup.
  • Cleaning material for classroom cleaning.
  • Cleaning material for restroom cleaning.

  • Come and enjoy the time of fellowship and fun.
