Use the chart below to determine what information applies to you. Click on the appropriate link to view and/or print each form you are required to complete. The columns are defined as:

  • New K-12 = New families who wish to enroll their children aged Kindergarten and older
  • Returning K-12 = Families who had K-12 children enrolled the previous school year
  • Homeschool Class = A home schooled student who wishes to enroll in one or more core classes
  • Homeschool Extra = Home schooled students who wish to participate in athletics, band, or choir.

    Application for K-12 For new families who wish to apply for admission for their child(ren) in K-12. Child must be 5 years old by October 15 to enter Kindergarten. Admission requires interview by Administrator and at least one Board member. Yes      
    Pastor's Recommendation This is part of the application process for new families. Yes      
    K-12 Enrollment For ALL K-12 students, new (after successful application for admission), and returning. Yes Yes Yes
